Vägen Malmö-Norrköping var från början Riksfyran. Då riksvägsnumren reviderades 1962 blev Riksfyran till riksväg 15 vars nummer man behöll till 1980. Under tiden som vägen var riksväg blev vägen kraftigt upprustad. Så gamla riksväg 15 är detta.
The road Malmo-Norrkoping was originally the National Four. When the highway numbers were revised in 1962 became the National Highway Four to 15 whose number is kept to 1980. While the road was a highway road was heavily restored. How old Highway 15 is this.
