This cache involves visiting three different waypoints to obtain the answers to a few questions. The total round-trip walking distance should be less than 2km depending on the route you take, of course. It doesn't matter in what order you visit the waypoints.
Your first stop is the parking lot at N51 13.965 W115 31.353. These parking coordinates are the same as the parking coordinates for GC7C58. The parking lot is roughly mid-way between the three waypoints. You will need to cross a two lane road more than once so please be careful.
Of course, there is more to see in Bankhead than these three specific sites. There are several marked trails in the vicinity that provide ample opportunity for exploration. Have fun!
In order to log this cache, you must:
- Go to N51 13.915 W115 31.515. You will find a marker with 8 names on it. Email me any two of the names exactly as they appear on the marker.
You might want to visit the building remains behind the marker as well. Any guesses as to what that building might have been used for?
- Go to N51 14.084 W115 31.199. Email me a description of what you found at this location. There should be two of them here.
- Go to N51 14.018 W115 31.174 - these are the posted cache coordinates. Here you will find the remains of a building and a plaque. Email me the year the building was originally built.
