A Secret Santa Event just before Christmas.
Sgtzara held a Secret Santa Event, early on Christmas Day 2016, which some of us attended. It was a lovely start to Christmas with the opportunity to get together, wish each other a Happy Christmas and receive a present from the Secret Santa sack. As sgtzara was unable to hold a similar event last year I stepped in and held the Event in Newtownards. Sgtzara has given the okay for me to continue the tradition this Christmas.
Where - Conway Square, Newtownards
When - Saturday 22nd December
Time - 16.00 - 16.30hrs
Hopefully by holding the Event three days before Christmas Day this will give families with young children more opportunity to attend. After the event we’ll head into the nearby coffee shop for coffee and hot chocolate.
If you don't want to participate in Secret Santa but still wish to attend the event, that's no problem. You'll still get your smiley for attending. However, if you do want to join in you should spend about £5.00 - £6.00 on a small gift. Pound shops are great for picking up items such as tab lock boxes, note books, pens and swaps. If taking part your wrapped present should be placed in Santa's sack then each participating person will pick out a random gift.
A logbook will be available to sign and the FTF drawn at the end of the event.
To look more festive wear your Santa hats and Christmas jumpers but this is optional.
